Service agreements

Services begin only after both parties agree to a written scope, deliverables, access requirements, timeline, fees and payment terms. Upwork projects are also subject to the applicable Upwork agreement and platform terms.

Performance

Search rankings, traffic, advertising performance, revenue and subscriber growth depend on competition, platform algorithms, content quality, budgets, implementation and other factors outside ScaleKin control. No result is guaranteed unless a signed agreement explicitly states otherwise.

Intellectual property and confidentiality

Project-specific ownership, licensing, portfolio use, confidentiality, cancellations and revisions are defined in the applicable service agreement.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, ScaleKin is not responsible for indirect loss arising from general website information or third-party platforms.
